Questions
What stays free?
Your link in bio, one release page, fan sign-ups with their consent, tracking of your visits and fans, the export of your list and your first message to your fans (up to 200 fans). No card needed, no time limit.
What counts in the 5,000 e-mails?
Every e-mail that goes to a fan: your messages, the “It's out” announcement and invitations. The count starts again on the 1st of each month. Your fans' sign-up confirmation and your account e-mails never count.
What about text messages?
They are coming soon, for allsaw+ members: you will buy prepaid credits, one credit per text. Nothing is sold until sending opens.
How does the free trial work?
It lasts 7 days and is given once per account. A card is asked for, nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription at €6.90 per month starts automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, at any time from your account (Settings or the allsaw+ page). Access stays open until the end of the period you already paid for, with no refund of the current period.
What happens to my page and my fans if I stop?
Your account stays open on the free plan: your page, your fans and the export of your list stay yours. One release page per artist stays online.
How do I pay, and what about invoices?
Payments go through Stripe, which never shares your card number with us, and the price is shown again before every payment. For an invoice, write to us through the Contact page.
Can I withdraw?
Yes, as a consumer you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, unless you asked for immediate access to the paid service and acknowledged losing that right. Details are in the terms and conditions (French only).
